Return Policy

While I try my best to make sure all items are package securely, shipping accidents can sometimes happen. I accept returns on items that have arrived broken or damaged during shipment. Please reach out to me with a photo of the broken pottery and its packaging within 30 days of your purchase.
 
I can offer you a full refund, or a replacement item of lesser or equal value. Due to the fact my pottery is all unique items, I may not be able to offer an exact replacement.
