What should I do if a piece arrives broken?
While I try my best to make sure all items are securely packed, while rare, sometimes shipping can be rough on pottery. Please take a picture of the broken item with its packaging, and send it to me within 30 days. I will offer you a refund, or a replacement item of the same or equal value.
