I accept returns on items that have arrived broken or damaged during shipment. Please reach out to me with a photo of the broken pottery and its packaging within 30 days of your purchase.
 
Due to the fact that most of my pottery is one of a kind, unique items, I unfortunately will not be able to replace the item, but I can offer you a full refund.
